Soy Chorizo Ragu with Zucchini Noodles

I made our (now) regular Soy Chorizo Ragu with Zucchini Noodles[@rev]. I followed the basic recipe except I used dried oregano and went heavy on the garlic. I also discovered (and updated the recipe to reflect) that you should turn off the heat before mixing in the zucchini noodles. It has enough residual heat to slightly cook them but they do not become mush.
